I recently moved to London in the hopes of landing my dream job in pr! While I am waiting-and applying and applying- I have started to wander around a little. London is a super place for all things retail, as I think the whole world knows, but it is also more than that, it is like Pandora’s box, you never know what you are going to find. This is what I felt when I stumbled upon the coolest little coffee shop I have ever been in, The Haberdashery. I never want to leave it and so it makes the tedious task of job hunting actually pleasantly bearable.

On my first visit, I asked for my usual cappuccino and then a banana, cinnamon and honey muffin caught my eye. My coffee came in a little bowl and my muffin came in a little terracotta flower pot-you get the picture?

You can also choose from wine, cocktails and delicious soft drinks like Curiosity Cola, YUM! The food is also delish and is served up on really lovely antique type, Victorian style plates.

The walls showcase paintings by local artists and there are always events on, many for local charities, which is always a plus.

From a look at the website I also saw that ‘On the first Friday of each month from 7:30 to 10:30pm, the Haberdashery turns into a colourful and kaleidoscopic bazaar with community artists, craftspeople and vintage sellers.

I think I have discovered a real gem here, but if I find any others you will be the first to know about it!

Seeing as I am new to London, anyone have any other cool places, shops, restaurants, bars worth a visit??
